Once goals are achieved, confidence is built, and there is a realization that it is possible to get results through commitment and hard work.

COACHING TIP: Write down your goals and make them SMART, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-limited. Here is an example of a SMART goal: “I will start my own marketing consulting business specializing in internet marketing by October 1, 2010.”
Also, visualize yourself having achieved that goal already, imagining what life will look like once the goal is realized and the joy and satisfaction you will feel. This will help manifest the goal and, with perseverance and hard work, you will succeed!
